HI! I'M HAYLEY.
I'm an experienced UX researcher and strategist who has worked with a wide variety of organizations including startups, non-profits, businesses, and academic institutions. I thrive in uncovering the nitty gritty of human behavior and transforming these insights into actionable communication and technology strategies.
I am a PhD candidate in Human-Centered Computing at Georgia Tech where I currently teach Intro to Human-Computer Interaction/User Interface Design. I have taught digital marketing, analytics, and technology management courses at NYU. I am developing an online course in consumer behavior for Yeshiva University. I hold an M.A. in Graphic Communication Management and Technology and a B.A. in Spanish.
While I am comfortable working with businesses and brands across a range of industry verticals, I spend my free time conducting research at the intersection of health and ubiquitous computing. I am especially interested in creating technological innovations which serve marginalized groups in the health space.
